At animate Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Label and Post

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
